Businesses are run on people’s shoulders! Whether it is the workers, the employees, clients or consumers – people run businesses and drive profits for business owners. One such business that acknowledges the value of people is the renowned garment owners, Bajson Shirts. Prem Kumar Bajaj started this business in 1995 and his son Vishwajeet Bajaj is running it now. The business is not ready to take a fresh turn with young blood being infused in the form of grandson Siddharth. Twenty-two years after Bajsons Shirts first began business, the company is now ready to invest in the most valuable asset of all – its people. And Bajson’s vision is to provide garments to all at an affordable price.
Now that there are three generations of Bajaj men looking after the business, its current mission is “Creations of Opportunities for people of India. And make this a Brand of Common people!” Siddharth is a BBA in Marketing and Sales as well as a Post-Graduate Diploma Holder in Digital Marketing. He realizes the value of digital presence for a business in the current times and his grandfather and father are only too happy to let him hold the reins in that department. Their trust in Siddharth is paying off well as the company’s YouTube channel already has 3 lakh+ subscribers and the brand has also been awarded as a “Trusted Seller” by India Mart. In fact, belying his age, Siddharth is of the opinion that in this digital age, the brand has a lot more potential for growth.

In fact, the YouTube channel was launched with the vision to collaborate with young startups, ladies who wanted to work from home and people who aspired to have their own retail store. The company believes in creating employment opportunities at each Pincode in India. About this Siddharth informs, “Anyone with a budget of a mobile phone, i.e., Rs 50,000, can start their garments business with us. We will provide all the guidance and support necessary.”
Taking the market requirements head on, Bajsons Shirts also provide free home delivery all over India on the purchase of at least 150 shirt pieces. As a result, retailers from all over the country are eager to connect with the brand. Together with his father, Siddharth added products like Men’s Jeans, Men’s Trousers, Formal Pants, Men’s Shirts and Kids’ Shirts to widen the range of products sold. The whole range was marketed online to great response. Right now Bajson Shirts is supplying to more than 4000 local shops in India.
This Delhi-based brand is already sold in shopping malls, retail shops locally. Besides, they also have presence in shops in Tier 2 and 3 cities. They are now seeking to collaborate with young start-ups for manufacturing needs.
Talking about their future plans, an ambitious Siddharth says, “We want to make dealership agreements at every Pincode in the country. We will be adding more products to our wide range. We want to create a brand that is a complete range for Men under One roof. Our Mobile App is going to be launched soon, so that it would become even easier for customers from anywhere in India to order our products directly anytime.” When asked what has been his biggest takeaway ever since he joined the family business, Siddharth says, “I believe that one should never give up and a positive attitude always helps an entrepreneur to succeed in life.”
