Bajaj Finance Dividend Record Date 2023: Bajaj Finance has announced to pay dividends to its shareholders. According to an exchange filing, the board has declared to pay the second interim dividend of the current fiscal.
According to the filing, the Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of Rs 30 per equity share of face value of Rs 2 (1500%) for FY23. Last year, it had announced a dividend of Rs 20 per equity share of face value of Rs 2 each.

The company recorded a rise of 30 per cent in its net profit, as it stood at Rs 3,158 crore for the quarter ending in March. The profit was Rs 2,419.51 in the same quarter a year ago
The company’s revenue from operations of the financial services firm also witnessed a growth of 24 percent to Rs 11,359.59 crore from Rs 8,626.06 crore in the year-ago quarter. There has been a considerable rise in the net interest income and fall in the operating expenses and the non-performing assets.

Shares of Bajaj Finance Ltd settled 0.30 percent lower at Rs 6,057.00 per piece on the NSE on Wednesday, ahead of its March quarter results. The stock touched a 52-week high of Rs 7,777 on September 22, 2022 and 52-week low of Rs 5,235.6 on June 17, 2022.
