The lounge is located at Mezzanine Level (Food Court Level), Terminal 3 Departures. The group already has eight lounges at T3 and this new addition will cater to the increasing demand. Spanning over 355 sq. metre, this lounge features comfortable and huge honeycomb patterned seating for up to 126 guests. To promote the local culture of the city with Indian and global travellers, Plaza Premium Lounge has specially curated creative glimpses of Delhi in a “Sense of Wall”. This wall encompasses pictures of the rich heritage and most visited places of Delhi, including Lotus Temple, Red Fort, India Gate, Qutub Minar etc. Apart from this, there are live kitchen counters including special tea station providing freshly brewed Chai to travellers.

Facilities on offer

The lounge offers facilities such as Wi-Fi, international newspapers and magazines along with charging stations. The travellers can choose from a wide range of exquisite cuisines and rejuvenate themselves with power shower and seated massage before their takeoff or during transit. The lounge also boasts of five business workstations and private VIP rooms with a seating capacity of nine. Travellers have the option of pre-booking their lounge experience on the website with the option of two hours or five hours starting from INR 1,200 (USD 18) exclusive of taxes.

In addition to Plaza Premium Lounge, the Group also operates Allways - a meet and greet service at the airport. Allways offers global travellers a personal and seamless airport experience while departing, transiting and arriving at Indira Gandhi International Airport.
