Apollo Tyres Dividend 2023: Tyre maker announces 450 per cent dividend — check payment date

Apollo Tyres Final Dividend: Apollo Tyres today (May 9, 2023) announced a final dividend of Rs 4.00 per equity share and a special dividend of Rs 0.50 per equity share, aggregating to Rs 4.50 (450 per cent) per equity share on face value of Rs 1 each for FY23.

The company said in its BSE filing. "Recommended the Final Dividend of Rs. 4.00 per Equity Share and a Special Dividend of Rs. 0.50 per Equity Share on occasion of 50th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company, aggregating to Rs. 4.50 (i.e. 450%) per Equity Share on face value of Re. 1 each for FY23, subject to the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing AGM of the Company, which shall be paid/ dispatched on or before 30 days from the conclusion of the AGM.

Apollo Tyres today also announced its fourth quarter results.
