AirAsia India has announced the introduction of new flights. The budget carrier is introducing a direct flight to Surat from Bengaluru starting from June 1, 2018. With the introduction of this new route the total number of destinations operated by the airline will touch 20.
AirAsia India has announced the introduction of new flights. The budget carrier is introducing a direct flight to Surat from Bengaluru starting from June 1, 2018. With the introduction of this new route the total number of destinations operated by the airline will touch 20. The airline, which completes four years of its operations in June, will fly daily to Surat from Bengaluru with an Airbus A20 plane.
According to the official website of AirAsia India, www.airasia.com, the carrier currently flies to 19 destinations, with its hubs in Bengaluru, New Delhi and Kolkata covering Kochi, Goa, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Pune, Guwahati, Imphal, Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad, Srinagar, Bagdogra, Ranchi, Indore, Nagpur, Bhubaneshwar and Chennai.
According to the report, AirAsia India is the first airline to connect Bengaluru to the textiles city with flights from June 1, for which bookings have already commenced.

www.airasia.com also stated that the airline in a limited-period scheme is offering flight tickets starting from Rs. 3,999 on the new direct daily flights. As per the website, the offer on the tickets are subject to availability and customers can only book the tickets online.
The starting fare of Rs. 3,999 (all-inclusive) is only applicable for the travel period between June 1, 2018, and May 28, 2019. The bookings of flight tickets under this scheme are open till May 13.
AirAsia also said that only full payment will be accepted during the time of flight ticket bookings.
