Air India September sale Bonanza extended: Fly at just Rs 1,020, get more legroom - Check details

Air India sale: National carrier Air India has extend the sale period on domestic routes to August 28, 2019. Earlier, the airline had announced sale from August 24 to August 26. The airline is offering tickets at as low as Rs 1,020 for its domestic networks. The passengers who book tickets under this offer will be able to travel till September 30.  The passengers will be able to book these tickets through Air India pfficial website - airindia.in. "The reason to fly this season.... Travel Domestic On-Air India at Extremely Economical Prices. Avail All-inclusive discounted fares starting from INR 1020 * only for travel on domestic network," the airline stated on its website.

Besides that, the passengers also can book seats up to six hours prior to departure time. They can avail a seat at up to 40 percent discount, if available. There is also a facility of preferred seat selection available at Air India booking office and contact center. The preferred seat selection scheme for Economy Class passengers is available on select routes operated by Air India. This scheme is not available on-Air India code share and Alliance Air flights, the airline said on its website.

The scheme extends to cover window, aisle and middle seats in the front and middle zone of the Aircraft. All seats in the rear section including window, aisle and middle are currently available free of charge, and available through its website on first come basis, a post on the airline's website stated.
