AIA Engineering FY24 dividend: Rs 16/share dividend announced alongwith Q4 results

AIA Engineering's board of directors on Tuesday, May 14, recommended a final dividend of Rs 16 per equity share for FY24, according to a stock market disclosure. This is subject to the company's shareholders' approval.
"The Board has recommended dividend of ~ 16/- (@800%) per Equity Share of face value of ~ 2/- each fully paid up for the Financial Year 2023-24 subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company," it said in a BSE filing.
If approved, Aia Engineering, a leading company in the engineering sector, will pay the dividend on October 8, 2024.
The engineering company has also announced its financial results for the fourth quarter ended on March 31, 2024, along with a dividend announcement.
Meanwhile, shares of AIA Engineering were trading at Rs 3,770.4 each , down 0.03 per cent on BSE today, May 13 at 3.18 PM IST.
