After IndiGo, now GoAir offers low-fare tickets; prices start Rs 1,099

In a good news for fliers, budget carriers GoAir has also launched discounted airfares for 10 lakh tickets on many routes. The air carrier is offering tickets for as low as Rs 1,099.

"Leisure or Business? Whatever the reason is, Fly Smart with fares starting as low as Rs 1099," said the airline on its website.

You can book the discounted tickets between 3rd September and 5th September for the travel period between 3rd September 2018 and 31st March 2019.

"This offer is applicable across all the channels. Tickets during the sale period will be available on first come first basis," said the airline.

However, once booked, no date change or re-routing will be permitted.

Earlier on Monday, IndiGo has put its 10 lakh tickets on sale for travel during September 2018 to March 2019.

The lowest IndiGo fare is Rs 999 and the tickets can be booked till September 6.

The sale would be valid for flights "across its network of 59 destinations" and for travel between September 18, 2018, and March 30, 2019, said the IndiGo statement.
