Aditya Birla AMC Q4 dividend: Asset management firm announces Rs 13.50 dividend alongwith Q4 results
The company registered the highest-ever profit in FY24. Its total revenue for FY24 is at Rs 16.4 billion; up 21 per cent YoY.
The board of directors of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC on Friday, April 26, recommended a final dividend of Rs 13.50 per equity share for FY24 with a face value of Rs 5, according to a stock market disclosure.
"Recommendation of a dividend of ₹13.50/- per equity share of ₹5/- each of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2024, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). The dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be paid within thirty days after the ensuing AGM. The record date for the purpose of determining Shareholders eligible to receive dividend shall be intimated in due course," the board said in a BSE filing.
Simultaneously, the FMCG firm HUL has also posted its financial results for the fourth quarter ended on March 31, 2024. The company registered the highest-ever profit in FY24. Its total revenue for FY24 is at Rs 16.4 billion; up 21 per cent YoY.
The asset management firm's Q4 profit increased by 54 per cent to Rs 210 crore.
Meanwhile, shares of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC closed at Rs 554.75 each, down 0.87 per cent on BSE today.
