In Pics! Mahindra Thar Roxx launched in India; Check variant-wise price, features, other details of 5-door SUV

The starting price for the manual petrol base model is Rs 12.99 lakh (ex-showroom), while the manual diesel base model starts at Rs 13.99 lakh (ex-showroom). 

The newly launched 5-door SUV is available in six variants. These are MX1, MX3, MX5, AX3L, AX5L and AX7L.

The car features WATT’s link suspension, advanced shock absorbers with MTV-CL and frequency dependent damping (FDD) technology, and a first-in-category hydraulic rebound stopper (HRS), R19 alloy wheels with 255/60 All Terrain tyres and more.

The 5-door SUV is available in seven colors: Stealth Black, Tango Red, Everest White, Burnt Sienna, Battleship Grey, Nebula Blue, Deep Forest. 

The bookings for Thar Roxx will start on October 3. From September 14, interested customers can take a test drive by visiting the showroom.

Additionally, the new Thar features a sunroof, soft-touch materials, and ADAS Level 2 safety enhancements. Through the ADRENOX Connect app, users can access over 80 connected features.

The safety features include 6 airbags, 3-point seat belts, seat-belt reminder for all seats, ISO-FIX child seats with top-tether, L2 ADAS (1R1V) suite with 10 features including Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), tyre direction monitoring system (TDMS), electronic Sstability program (ESP) 9.3 system, vehicle dynamics control (VDC), traction control system (TCS) and roll over mitigation (ROM) and more.  

Other standout features include a fully digital instrument console, ventilated seats, automatic climate control, 360-degree camera view, and blind spot monitoring. 

The new Thar Roxx has the largest boot space in its segment at 644 liters up to the roof.

The SUV features a Harman Kardon 9-speaker system with QuantumLogic surround, bass enhancer and 6-mode audio settings amplifier.

The newly launched car measures 4428 mm in length, 1870 mm in width, 1923 mm in height. Also, its wheelbase is 2850 mm.
