Tata Tiago EV bookings start today: All you need to know

Tata Motors has started accepting bookings for Tiago EV. Touted to be one of the most affordable electric cars in the Indian market, Tata Motors is allowing interested buyers to book the vehicle by paying a token amount of Rs 21,000. 

Tiago EV carries a price tag of Rs 8.49 lakh (ex-showroom). This is an introductory price and only the first 10,000 customers will be able to get the benefit.

The pre-booking can be done online as well as offline through the authorised dealership of Tata Motors, according to the company.

The deliveries of Tiago EV will commence from January 2023 onwards and the test driving will begin in the second half of December, according to the company.

Step 1- Visit the official website of Tata Tiago i.e. https://tiagoev.tatamotors.com/

Step 2- Click the 'Register Interest' button at the top right corner of the page.

Step 3- Click at 'Book Now' and select your choice of variant, charger option and the colour of the car.

Step 4- Now click the 'Book Now' option.

Step 5- Enter your personal details, billing address and dealer information.

Step 6- Make the payment.

Tata Tiago EV: Specifications

The new Tata Tiago EV is available in five colours- Signature Teal Blue, Daytona Grey, Tropical Mist, Pristine White and Pristine White.

The car is equipped with 17.78 cm Touchscreen Infotainment System and fully Automatic Drive option leaving no room for gear changing hassle.

It is also fitted with seatbelt reminders, rear parking sensors, a rear parking camera, and ABS with EBD on the safety front.

Tata is offering electric acceleration in its all-new Tiago that takes speed from 0 to 60 km/h in just 5.7 seconds.

Tiago EV comes with a 24 kWh Lithium-ion battery and a waterproof IP67 rated battery pack designed to operate under ambient conditions.
