Tata Tiago a success, now Tata Motors to launch new versions Tiago JPT, Tigor JPT

After a successful outing with the Tiago, Tata Motors is all set to to launch two new versions of the car, namely, Tata Tiago JPT and Tata Tigor JPT. Both these cars will be launched on October 26, 2018.

In design, both cars look similar to their previous models Tiago and Tigor. The price of Tiago JPT and Tigor JPT will be Rs. 1 lakh more than the present standard version.

It is expected to be cheaper than some versions of the popular Maruti Baleno. They have the same 1.2 litre, 3-cylinder turbo-petrol engine found in Nexon compact SUV. However, the company will deliver these two car engines with better exhaust systems and performance.

According to the reports, the turbo petrol engine found in Tata Tiago JTP and Tigor JTP will generate more power and more torque. Both the cars come with a 5-speed unit gearbox engine.

Although Tata Nexon has a 6-speed unit gearbox engine which offers 110 horse power and torque of 170 nm. Tata Tiago JPT, is expected to be priced around Rs 5 lakh while Tata Tigor JPT may be priced at around Rs 7 lakh.

In the new cars, Tata will try to give better acceleration, better suspension, more ground clearance, and many cosmetic changes.

As far as the looks of the car is concern, it has a big front bumper, big space for fog lamps, red assents and air vent bonnet. The car will also have a new 15-inch alloy wheel design.

The steering with Aluminium Pedal, Red Assents, Black Dashboard, Leather Seat and a Leather Wrap makes the car look sportier. This car also has a 5-inch touchscreen input system.
