British luxury carmaker Rolls Royce has launched its first-ever all-terrain vehicle Cullinan in India. The SUV will come at a price of Rs 6.95 cr in India. The car is built on Rolls-Royce's new 'Architecture of Luxury' or aluminium spaceframe platform.

Cullinan is a multi-terrain car and you may expect similar or better performance from an SUV in this class and segment. The car has an off-road mode - 'Everywhere', which can be activated by clicking a button on the centre console, according to a carandbike report. 

This mode can also be customised according to the terrain. You can customise for terrain like - track, gravel, wet grass, mud, sand or snow. Cullinan's suspension is height adjustable and it can wade through 540 mm of water easily. Its technology makes ingress and egress of easy. Its large air-suspension system helps reduce any impact from uneven roads or off-road surfaces. It works in conjunction with the all-wheel capability to offer smooth ride and comfort. 

An air compression system pushes down wheel in off-road conditions for better grip and stability. Cullinan has big 6.75-litre V12 engine which makes around 563 bhp and 850 Nm of peak torque. It also has all-wheel drive off-road drives. Cullinan  also has a four-wheel steering.

Rolls Royce has two rear benches in the boot. The rear seats can be folded down for extra cargo room. Its standard boots pace is 560 litres, expandable to 1,930 litres, the report said. 

The rear passengers get high-definition 12-inch touchscreen monitors positioned at the back of the front seats. The system comes with a Blue-Ray player, a digital television, and is assisted by 18 speakers. This is supported by next-generation Rolls-Royce bespoke audio system to create great sound effect.

The car comes with night vision function, wildlife and pedestrian alert, an Alertness Assistant, 4-cameras with panoramic view, active cruise control, Wi-Fi hotspot, and a head-up display.  There are also a collision, cross-traffic, and lane departure warnings for extra safety.

Not to say as part of Rolls Royce family cars, it has large and iconic grille with the RR logo on top.  'Spirit of Ecstasy' hood ornament placed above RR logo. It has a sleek LED headlamps with integrated LED daytime running lamps.
