"Restarting Ola Bike in Blr today This time, all electric and our own S1 scooters!" he Tweeted while sharing information on the applicable rates of the service.
The company also plans to extend the service to other parts of the country in the coming months.
How much money will Ola customers have to pay to avail its Bike service in Bengaluru?
- Rs 25 for five kilometres
- Rs 50 for 10 kilometers
“₹25 for 5km, ₹50 for 10km. Lowest cost, very comfortable and great for the environment!” the Ola CEO wrote.
Ola first started its Bike taxi service in the city in 2016, but faced flak from the state’s transport department over the safety and legality of the two-wheelers followed by a complete ban in the state in 2019.
