The wait is finally over for all those who have been eagerly waiting for the launch of Ola Electric Scooter. The company has launched its electric two-wheeler at a price starting from Rs 85,099. The Maximum price has been kept at Rs 129,999. But one must know that the company has launched two models – S1 and S1 pro. The prices have been revealed for both the models for states of Delhi, Gujarat, Rajasthan and all other states. The prices are ex-showroom and post the FAME Subsidy.

It said that those who reserve the Scooter can now purchase starting September 8. The Delivery begins in October. Interested buyers can reserve the vehicle at Rs 499 visiting the link https://olaelectric.com/phoneNumber.

On 3 August, the CEO had announced the launch date. “Thanks to all who have reserved our scooter! Planning a launch event for the Ola Scooter on 15th August. Will share full specs and details on product and availability dates. Looking forward to it,” the tweet said.

The company has revealed an interesting feature of the new electric scooter. In a tweet, Ola Electric has announced that its electric scooter will come with a reverse mode.

He has been updating with all the recent developments about the Ola Electric Scooter through his tweets. His earlier tweet mentioned, “Finalising the launch date over some Chai! Will announce soon. Stay tuned Slightly smiling face.” 

Similarly, he also shared a poll for the e-scooter delivery hinting that the company will be providing a unique delivery experience such as online and home delivery option. Again, he tweeted: “Engineering hiring situation in Bengaluru - thinking of offshoring some work to a lower cost center in SF, Bay Area!”

The Ola Electric Scooter can be booked directly from Ola Electric website http://olaelectric.com. The e-scooter can be seen in pastel red, pastel yellow, pastel blue, metallic silver, metallic gold, metallic pink, matte black, matte blue, matte grey. 

The company has mentioned that the Ola e-scooter will come with class-leading speed, range, largest-in-class boot space, superior range and many first-in-class features and the e-scooter will be priced aggressively to make it widely accessible. "The Ola Scooter will be competitively priced, and the final pricing will be announced soon," Ola Electric said on its website.

Ola has mentioned that the Electric Scooter has features like automatic routing through charging stations en route, smart charging system that’s fully automated to charge without the need for card or cash, and connected app to keep an eye on the charging status.
