Ola Electric is celebrating a strong start to the festive season, reinforcing its leadership in the electric vehicle (EV) two-wheeler segment. As of October 14, the company has achieved a 34% market share, registering 15,672 vehicles this month, according to data from the Vahan portal. This success is attributed to its diverse S1 scooter portfolio and an expanding service network, positioning Ola Electric at the forefront of India’s shift toward electric mobility.

To maintain this momentum through the festive season and into Diwali, Ola Electric has launched several initiatives aimed at enhancing EV adoption, particularly in tier-2 and tier-3 cities. Recently, the company introduced the #HyperService campaign, which focuses on providing a technology-driven, superior after-sales experience. As part of this initiative, Ola Electric plans to double its company-owned service network to 1,000 centers by December 2024.

Expanding Partnerships and Training Initiatives

Furthermore, Ola Electric aims to expand its reach through its Network Partner Program, which will onboard 10,000 partners in sales and service by the end of 2025. The company has also unveiled an EV Service Training Program aimed at equipping 100,000 third-party mechanics with the skills necessary to support EV maintenance across India.

Diverse S1 Portfolio Meets Customer Needs

Ola Electric's S1 portfolio boasts six offerings at various price points to meet diverse customer needs. The premium models, S1 Pro and S1 Air, are priced at Rs 1,34,999 and Rs 1,07,499, respectively. For the mass market, the S1 X portfolio (available in 2 kWh, 3 kWh, and 4 kWh variants) is priced at Rs 74,999, Rs 87,999, and Rs 101,999, respectively.

Launch of Roadster Motorcycle Series

In addition to scooters, Ola Electric unveiled its Roadster motorcycle series during the annual ‘Sankalp’ event in August 2024. The lineup includes models such as Roadster X (2.5 kWh, 3.5 kWh, 4.5 kWh), Roadster (3.5 kWh, 4.5 kWh, 6 kWh), and Roadster Pro (8 kWh, 16 kWh), with prices starting from Rs 74,999, Rs 1,04,999, and Rs 1,99,999, respectively. These motorcycles feature cutting-edge technology and performance, further solidifying Ola Electric’s position as a leader in the EV market.
