The board of directors of Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) on Thursday, May 16, recommended a dividend of Rs 21.10 per equity share for FY24, according to a stock market disclosure.
Through a BSE filing, M&M said, "Recommendation of a Dividend of Rs. 21.10 (422%) per Ordinary (Equity) Share of the face value of Rs. 5 each."

Meanwhile, shares of M&M were trading at Rs 2,315 each, up 0.54 per cent on BSE today, May 15 at 2.10 PM IST.
