MG Astor 2024 launched at Rs 9.98 lakh with personal AI assistant and 14 autonomous Level 2 features

MG Motor India has unveiled Astor 2024, with ex-showroom prices starting at Rs 9,98,000. Its latest car offers a range of features, including Ventilated Seats in the front row, Wireless Charger, Wireless Android Auto & Apple CarPlay, and Auto-dimming IRVM for enhanced security and convenience.

The updated i-SMART 2.0 with an Advanced User Interface adds to its technological appeal.

The SUV, India's first with AI integration, introduces new variants – Sprint, Shine, Select, Sharp Pro, and Savvy Pro.
 

MG Motor Astor 2024 features enhancing connectivity

MG Astor 2024 now features i-SMART 2.0 with 80+ connected features. Notable among them is the JIO Voice Recognition system, which facilitates advanced voice commands for various functions such as weather updates, cricket scores, calculator, clock, date/day information, horoscope, dictionary, news, and knowledge.

The Anti-Theft feature, combined with Digital Key functionality, ensures security even in the absence of a network connection. The Advanced UI offers Widget customisation on the home screen with multiple pages and a unique Birthday Wish feature on the Head unit, allowing date customisation through the i-SMART mobile app.

Setting a new standard, MG Astor is the first SUV in India to incorporate a personal AI assistant and 14 autonomous Level 2 features, powered by mid-range radars and a multi-purpose camera supporting Advanced Driver-assistance Systems (ADAS).

The vehicle comes equipped with 49 Top-End Safety features, premium interiors, and a panoramic sunroof, ensuring an elevated driving experience in terms of comfort. MG Astor 2024 will be offered with 1.5 L MT and CVT, as well as 1.3 Turbo AT powertrains.
