MG Motor India showcased an on demand four-wheel drive that extends multiple driving modes in the MG Gloster on launch of the much-awaited SUV.
MG Gloster is also touted as India’s First Autonomous (Level 1) Premium SUV.

All Terrain System (7 Modes)
MG Gloster comes with seven different drive modes, namely ‘Snow’, ‘Mud’, ‘Sand’, ‘Eco’, ‘Sport’, ‘Auto’ and ‘Rock’. Its Intelligent All Terrain System provides enhanced control during vehicle off-roading with a dedicated rear differential, BorgWarner transfer case and a state-of-the-art electronic shift on the fly technology.
Electro-Mechanical Differential Lock (EDL)
The electro-mechanical differential lock ensures that even when the vehicle is stuck in a tough, slippery situation, it can still obtain a large driving force by transferring 100% torque to the wheel with traction. This feature grants you the confidence and control required to take on whatever challenge that comes your way.
i-SMART
GLOSTER’s i-SMART 2.0 comes with over 70 connected car features for Smart, Savvy and Sharp. It also comes with 64-color ambient lighting, panoramic sunroof, driver’s seat massager and 12-way electronically adjustable driver seat.
Pricing of MG Gloster
MG Gloster Diesel 2.0 Turbo 2WD is priced at Rs 28, 98,000 (Super (7 str)) and Rs 30, 98,000 (Smart (6 str)). Also, MG Gloster Diesel 2.0 Twin Turbo is priced at Rs 33,68,000 (Sharp (7 str)), Rs 33,98,000 (Sharp (6 str)) and Rs 35,38,000 (Savvy (6 str)).
All four variants of the Premium SUV are now available to customers for booking with a nominal amount of Rs. 100,000 across all MG’s expansive network of 200+ centers, on its website (www.mgmotor.co.in), or via My MG Mobile App.
MG Motor India has setup its car manufacturing plant at Halol in Gujarat.
