This transformation is a result of ongoing research, attentive customer feedback, and forward-looking market analysis.

The Wagon R, the best-selling model in the industry during the fiscal year 2023-24, is retailed through the ARENA channel. Additionally, popular models such as the Swift, Brezza, Dzire, Ertiga, Eeco, Alto K10, Celerio, and S-Presso are also available through this channel.

Maruti Suzuki caters to diverse customer needs through its NEXA, ARENA, and Commercial channels, aiming to elevate the customer buying journey and foster customer satisfaction. In total, Maruti Suzuki boasts 3,880 sales touchpoints spanning over 2,500 cities.
