Maruti Suzuki Ertiga Limited Edition 2018 launched in India; check the changes
It needs to be noted that new Ertiga Limited Edition is costlier by Rs 13,000 to Rs 14,000 than the standard V trim.
After introducing the blockbuster SUV Vitara Brezza a few days ago, now it has been revealed that the largest passenger vehicle manufacturer Maruti Suzuki has added a new model to its Ertiga MPV line-up. This new model is called as the Limited Edition, and is based on the mid-spec V trim. According to Autocar report, this new limited edition is priced at Rs Rs 7.80 lakh for the petrol and Rs 9.71 lakh for the diesel (ex-showroom, Delhi). It needs to be noted this makes the car costlier by Rs 13,000 to Rs 14,000 than the standard V trim.
As per the report, the new limited edition Ertiga comes with 92hp, 1.4-litre petrol, and 90hp, 1.3-litre diesel engines mated to a five-speed manual are unchanged. The petrol also gets the option of a four-speed automatic gearbox.
It will be featured in three colours Exquisite Maroon, Silky Grey, and Superior White.
Furthermore, the company has also planned to launch a second-gen Ertiga in India by Diwali 2018. This model has been recently exposed in recent Indonesia International Motor Show.
On May 09, Maruti introduced SUV Vitara Brezza with a new, enhanced look, and the convenience of the acclaimed Auto Gear Shift (AGS) as an option.
R S Kalsi, Senior Executive Director (Marketing and Sales), MSIL said: “Vitara Brezza has been a game changer for India’s SUV market. We have enhanced its allure to meet aspirations of our young customers. They now have the option of Auto Gear Shift, the acclaimed two-pedal technology, for enhanced convenience."
To complement the premium look, the front chrome grille and back door chrome garnish have been made standard across all variants. The urban compact SUV’s interiors have been refreshed with an all-black colour scheme and complementing accents.
