Mahindra launches All-New Veero, setting new standards in the LCV <3.5 t segment

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., India’s utility vehicle manufacturer, has launched the highly anticipated Mahindra Veero, starting at Rs 7.99 lakh. This new offering redefines the light commercial vehicle (LCV) segment under 3.5 tonnes with its class-leading mileage, multiple engine options, and advanced safety features.

The Mahindra Veero is built on the company’s innovative Urban Prosper Platform (UPP), India’s first ground-up multi-energy modular CV platform. The Veero is engineered to handle payloads ranging from 1 to 2+ tonnes with various deck lengths. It supports multiple powertrain options, including diesel, CNG, and electric, aiming to provide the best total cost of ownership in its segment.

Equipped with first-in-segment features such as a driver-side airbag, reverse parking camera, and a 26.03 cm touchscreen infotainment system, the Veero is designed to enhance both safety and driving experience. The vehicle also offers a best-in-class payload capacity of 1,600 kg, 3035 mm cargo length, and 18.4 km/l* mileage for diesel, making it perfect for urban operations.
