To access this service, customers can navigate to the "Buy" section on the brand's website (www.kia.com/in) and click on 'Exchange Your Car'. By entering basic details about their vehicle, including its make, model, variant, manufacturing year, and kilometers driven, customers can receive an approximate price for their vehicle from the convenience of their home. This service is designed to expedite the initial phase of the car exchange process, allowing customers to proceed with confidence.
