Honda's recently launched Honda Elevate SUV made a good opening as its 20,000 units have been sold in the first 100 days of its launch in September, contributing significantly to the company's overall performance. 
 
The Japanese multinational car manufacturer disclosed this accomplishment, highlighting the tremendous response the compact SUV received from consumers. According to a recent statement from Honda, the new model has accounted for more than 50 per cent of the company's total sales in the given period.
 
Honda Elevate, offered in seven different variants, boasts a diverse range to cater to varying customer preferences. Priced between Rs 10.99 lakh for the base variant and Rs 16 lakh for the top model (ex-showroom), the SUV has captured the market's attention and translated into substantial sales.
Under the hood, Honda Elevate features a 1.5-liter i-VTECH DOHC petrol engine, delivering 89 PS of maximum power at 6600 rpm and 145 Nm of torque at 4300 rpm. The car achieves an impressive fuel efficiency of 15.31 km per litre on manual transmission and 16.92 km/l on automatic transmission, as per information available on the official company website.
 
In terms of safety, Honda Elevate is equipped with six airbags, lane watch camera, hill start assists, a multi-angle rear camera, an emergency stop signal, a rear parking sensor, vehicle stability assists, an anti-lock braking system with EBD, and ISOFIX for child safety.
