Hero MotoCorp Karizma XMR bags over 13,650 bookings; delivery expected around festive season
Launched at an introductory price of Rs 1,72,900, the bookings for the initial set of customers began on August 29th, 2023, and concluded on September 30th, 2023.
Hero MotoCorp have received 13,688 bookings for its newly launched flagship motorcycle, the Karizma XMR. Customer deliveries of the Karizma XMR are set to commence during the festive season, which begins this month. The company said that that dispatches to Hero MotoCorp dealerships are already underway.
"We are thrilled and humbled by the incredible response to the Hero Karizma XMR. The overwhelming number of bookings speaks volumes about the trust and enthusiasm our customers have shown for the flagship motorcycle,” said Ranjivjit Singh, Chief Business Officer (India business unit) at Hero MotoCorp.
Bookings for the initial set of customers began on August 29 and concluded on September 30. The company plans to announce a new booking window soon.
Hero MotoCorp Karizma XMR Price
Hero MotoCorp rolled out the Karizma XMR motorcycle at an introductory price of Rs 1,72,900. However, the vehicle will now be available at Rs 1,79,900 (ex-showroom Delhi).
Here are some of the key features of Hero MotoCorp’s Karizma XMR motorcycle:
- 210cc Liquid Cooled DOHC Engine
- 6-speed transmission featuring a slip-and-assist clutch
- Dual channel ABS
- Adjustable windshield
- Illumination headlamp
- Turn-by-turn navigation
This engine generates maximum torque of 20.4 Nm at 7250 rpm and power of 25.5 PS at 9250 rpm. The company has provided 6-speed manual transmission in the bike.
The most important thing is that turn by turn navigation feature has been provided in this bike. Apart from this, adjustable windshield is provided. The bike has also been provided with Class-D LED projector headlamps. The company has launched this bike with 3 color variants- black, red and yellow.
