Fujiyama has launched 'Thunder Plus' electric scooter in India. Available in two variants, Thunder VLRA and Thunder LI, the company said that the new launch will cater to both high and low-speed segments of the market.

According to the company, the Thunder VLRA variant will offer a top speed of 25 KMPH, powered by a 250 WATT motor, delivering a mileage of 60 KMPC. Equipped with a 48V 28AH VRLA battery, the Thunder VLRA ensures a reliable and efficient ride. On the other hand, the Thunder LI variant offers similar performance with a top speed of 25 KMPH and a 250 WATT motor but extends its mileage to 90 KMPC. With a 60V 30AH VRLA battery, the Thunder LI provides an extended range.

Commenting on the launch, Udit Agarwal, CEO of Fujiyama, said, "The Thunder Plus represents Fujiyama's commitment to providing cutting-edge EV solutions that address the growing environmental concerns while offering a practical solution to the challenges posed by the rise in fuel prices and crowded roads. With its advanced features and superior performance, we believe the Thunder Plus will further accelerate the adoption of electric scooters in India."

Both variants feature advanced specifications such as digital instrument clusters, LED lights with DRL, remote lock and unlock, anti-theft alert, and USB charging ports, ensuring convenience and safety for riders. Additionally, the Thunder LI variant offers the convenience of a portable battery, allowing for easy charging on the go.

The price of the Thunder LI battery variant starts at Rs 64,990.
