Delhi citizens can now get the RTO services at home by calling 1076. For further details, one can login to the official website of Transport Department of Delhi at transport.delhi.gov.in.

The Arvind Kejriwal-led Delhi government launched the scheme for home delivery of essential public services like caste and marriage certificates, driving license and new water connections, using the helpline 1076 in 2018.
One must note that the following facilities are available for home delivery of driving license. In order to avail these services, one must simply dial 1076. The services available related to driving license are as follows:
1) Renewal of driving license
2) Duplicate driving license
3) International driving permit
3) Change of address
4) Driving license extract
5) Driving license replacement
6) New conductor license
7) PSV badge to a driver
8) Change of name in the driving license for female
Apart from driving license related services, there are services related to vehicle registration and permit which are also available at one's door step by simply dialing 1076.
The services related to vehicle registration available at one's doorstep are as follows:
1) Transfer of ownership
2) Duplicate registration certificate
3) Change of address
4) Issuance of NOC
5) Hypothecation continuation
6) Hypothecation termination
7) RC particulars
8) Road Tax
9) Road Tax collection
The services related to permit available at doorstep are as follows:
1) Fresh permit for good vehicles
2) Fresh permit for passenger vehicles
3) Renewal of authorisation
4) Renewal of permit
5) Renewal of late permit of goods vehicles for more than three months
6) Renewal of permit for more than three months of passenger vehicles
7) Duplicate permit
8) Transfer of permit
9) Permit surrender
