Revolt Motors on Thursday announced a reduction in the price of its flagship RV400 electric motorcycle after the FAME II incentive revision. Bike lovers will now be able to avail the bike by paying Rs 90,799, ex-showroom in Delhi.

The electric motorcycle will be available for booking on www.revoltmotors.com from Friday, June 18, 12 pm onwards for a limited period.

Re-opening of bookings will start across six cities - Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad on 18th June, 12 pm onwards.

The company has informed that customers can register for bookings through the “Notify Me” tab on its website before the bookings go live.

The electric motorcycle is being offered at a price that is lesser than the ICE motorcycles available in its category in the Indian market, the company said in a statement.

Revolt is looking to expand the distributor and service network across 35 cities in India.

The RV400 comes with a 3KW (Mid Drive) motor, powered by a 72V, 3.24KWh Lithium-Ion battery that can churn out a top speed of 85km/h.

The bike can be operated through the MyRevolt App, which offers connectivity features such as bike locator/Geo fencing, customised sounds that you can change with just a tap on the screen, complete bike diagnostics, battery status, historical data on your rides and KMs done, and also the option of locating the nearest Revolt Switch Station to swap your Revolt’s battery at, and be on-the-move in less than 60 seconds.

RV400 feature three riding modes namely Eco, Normal and Sport, each suiting to the riding style and needs of the driver. Also, comes with Upside Down (USD) forks up-front and a fully-adjustable monoshock at the rear to give an unparalleled riding experience.
