Citroen launches C3 Aircross 7 Dhoni edition priced at Rs 11.82 lakh
The Dhoni Edition is adorned with unique graphics on the front doors, a large stylised '7' on the rear doors and bonnet, and ‘Dhoni Edition’ branding. The rest of the exterior remains largely unchanged from the standard model.
Citroen India has introduced a special edition of its C3 Aircross to celebrate its new brand ambassador, former Team India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Priced at Rs 11.82 lakh (ex-showroom), the exclusive "Dhoni Edition" model is limited to just 100 units and features distinctive graphics and additional cabin features.
Externally, the Dhoni Edition is adorned with unique graphics on the front doors, a large stylised '7' on the rear doors and bonnet, and ‘Dhoni Edition’ branding. The rest of the exterior remains largely unchanged from the standard model.
Inside the cabin, enhancements include new seat covers, branded cushions, seat belt cushions, and door sill plates featuring the 'Dhoni Edition' logo. Additionally, the special edition comes equipped with a dash cam. Citroen has added an element of surprise for buyers, with special goodies in the glovebox and one lucky owner receiving a Dhoni-autographed wicketkeeping glove.
Based on the top-spec C3 Aircross Max, the Dhoni Edition will be available only in a blue exterior paint scheme and a 5+2 seater configuration, according to dealers.
Mechanically, the special edition remains identical to the standard model, featuring the same 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine found in the C3 hatchback. This engine is paired with either a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed automatic gearbox.
