Citroen launches new C3 Aircross SUV at Rs 12.85 lakh

Citroën launched its latest and much-awaited addition to the Indian market – the C3 Aircross SUV on January 29, Monday. Priced at Rs 12.85 lakh, this midsize SUV promises a unique package tailored for Indian families.

Offering a high-performance torque converter 6-speed AT with a manual gear selector mode, the new C3 Aircross SUV Automatic introduces an additional 15NM of torque compared to its manual counterpart (205 NM vs. 190 NM).
Local Input and Production
In a bid to cater to local preferences, the C3 Aircross SUV Automatic has been developed with direct inputs from Indian consumers and regional teams. Moreover, around 90 per cent of the production will take place in Thiruvallur, India, showcasing Citroën's commitment to local integration.
Features
Building on the best-in-segment features of the C3 Aircross SUV MT, the automatic variant is equipped with convenient features like Remote Engine Start (No need for a key) and Remote AC Preconditioning (Remote AC operation). The 5-seat configuration provides excellent second-row knee room, and a modular 5+2 seat version offers up to 511 liters of luggage volume.
Design and Connectivity
The C3 Aircross SUV, with a length of 4.3m, features a bold silhouette, muscular front-end, and a 200mm ground clearance. The design is not only distinctive but can also be customised with a wide range of decorative or functional accessories and dual-tone roof colours. Connectivity is ensured through a smartphone-friendly 10-inch touchscreen, a new 7-inch TFT cluster, and USB charging.
