Bounce Infinity, a electric vehicle manufacturer, has launched its latest addition to the electric scooter lineup - the Bounce Infinity E1X. Promising a significant relief on both price and maintenance, the company aims to revolutionize urban commuting with its latest offering.

The company asserts that the Bounce Infinity E1X comes at half the price of a traditional petrol-powered scooter, with a claimed one-third reduction in running costs compared to petrol. Offering flexibility and affordability, the starting ex-showroom price for this electric wonder stands at a competitive Rs 55,000.

June delivery and booking details

Enthusiasts can anticipate the delivery of the E1X to kick off in June 2024. Pre-booking is currently available on the company's website for a nominal fee of ₹499. A standout feature of this scooter is its swappable battery, accessible through a nationwide network, ensuring uninterrupted journeys.

Speed variants and future plans

Bounce Infinity introduces the E1X in two speed variants. The base model clocks in at 55 kmph, while the top variant boasts a speed of 65 kmph. Not stopping there, the company has its sights set on an electric scooter with a top speed of 92 kmph, emphasising their commitment to innovation.

In terms of pricing, the entry-level model starts at ₹55,000, while the high-speed variant is priced slightly higher at Rs 59,000. Built upon the foundation of the Infinity E1, the E1X showcases a sleek design with 12-inch wheels and reliable disc brakes on both front and rear.

On a single charge, the E1X offers a range of 65 km under regular riding conditions, slightly reducing to 60 km under full load. The scooter boasts three distinct modes - Eco, Power, and Turbo - catering to various riding preferences. Equipped with a 1100 and 1500 watt BLDC Hub Motor, it promises a seamless and efficient riding experience.
