According to the company, on September 29, 2021 Grand Cherokee will be launched all over the world, whereas in India it can be seen till next year. 

Before the global debut, the company mentioned many things about this vehicle. Like the previous models of Jeep, this SUV will be assembled in India itself. Jeep lovers have been waiting for this SUV in India for a long time. The Stellantis-owned American SUV maker made some revelations about the electric Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe a few months back. The company has not shared much information about its features yet, but it is believed that the SUV will be equipped with the latest technology. 

Talking about the features of the SUV, V6 and V8 engines can be taken from the Grand Cherokee L. Apart from this, the talk of having electric OVRM, side cladding with alloy-wheels, black cladding and large roof rails is coming to the fore. The Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe is the company's fourth plug-in hybrid model after the Jeep Wrangler 4xe, the Compass 4xe and the Renegade 4xe. With this launch, Jeep is going to enter the electric segment. After the rising price of petro-diesel, many companies are making a move towards electric vehicles.
