1st Drive of Hyundai Explorers from Delhi to Rishikesh! Bookings open- Know date, other details

Hyundai India has informed that bookings are open for the 1st Drive of Hyundai Explorers from Delhi to Rishikesh. The trip will be from November 26 to November 28, 2021.

The information was provided by Hyundai over its official twitter handle. "Booking open for the 1st Drive of Hyundai Explorers from Delhi to Rishikesh. Limited slots available on first come first serve basis. Book your slot now. Link: https://hyundaiexplorers.com," it tweeted.

It can be noted that Hyundai Explorers is a series of self-driven, pulse-racing adventures designed exclusively for Hyundai SUV owners.

"With Hyundai Explorers, we are bringing together adventure-seeking enthusiasts and like-minded explorers, who will travel across the length and breadth of the country to experience these curated journeys of exploration. A journey to explore the world around you to experience new cultures, the rich history, to meet new people who honour the spirit of exploration and create new stories," Hyundai India said.

Here is all you need to know:

1. Date: November 26 to 28, 2021.

2. Who is eligible to participate?

The drive is planned exclusively for the owners of Hyundai Creta/Venue/Tucson/Alcazar and participants' friends and family.

3. Registration and Entry fee:

During the Term, the interested Participants shall,

a. Submit their Entries (Entry) on or before the prescribed last date mentioned for respective Events by logging-into the Microsite www.hyundaiexplorers.com/ in (hereinafter called as the “Site”) interfaced/linked with the Website www.hyundai.com/in (Website) and fill the information (valid phone/mobile number, email ID etc.) for participating in the Event.

b. Make Entry Fee of Rs 14,999 per couple and Rs 7,499 for 3rd co-passenger.

c. Submit the required documents

It can be noted that the submission of false, incorrect, misleading or fraudulent documentation may result in disqualification from the Event.

4. What is included in the price of Explorer drive?

Accommodation, meals, and all permits as per the itinerary and activities to make the experience memorable are included in the price.

5. What is not included in the price of the explorer drive?

Flight tickets to the base location, meals and drinks not mentioned in the itinerary, alcoholic beverages, Insurance and documentation costs, Vehicle servicing, repairs, traffic fines and any kind of personal expenses or optional tours are not covered in the price of the drive.

6. Cancellation and Refund of Entry Fee:

In the event the Participant cancels the participation,

a) 25% of the entry fee will be deducted if the cancellation is 30 days prior to Event date.

b) 50% of the entry fee will be deducted if the cancellation is 29 to 15 days prior to event date.

c) No refund if the cancellation is within 14 days prior to the event date.

d) All refunds will take up to 14 working days to process.

e) The refund will be remitted to the same account/Card from which Entry Fee have been received by Hyundai.

f) The Entry Fee paid will be refunded in case the registration is rejected by Hyundai or in case the Event is cancelled by Hyundai. The Entry Fee will not be refunded for any other reason (including Force Majeure Events) except those agreed above.
