Auto Sales April 2024: Escorts Kubota domestic sales down 1.2%
Escorts Kubota reports total sales of 7,168 tractors in the domestic market in April, down 1.2 per cent on a year-on-year basis.
Its exports, however, grow 10.9 per cent to 347 tractors.

Maruti Suzuki registers total sales of 1,68,089 units (comprising sales in the domestic as well as foreign markets) in April 2024 as against 1,60,529 units in April 2023, falling short of analysts' expectations.
According to Zee Business research, the auto giant, whose popular passenger cars include Wagon R, Dzire, Swift, Baleno and Brezza, was estimated to log total sales of 1,73,500 units last month.

Toyota Kirloskar Motor's total sales of 20,494 units in April include domestic sales of 18,700 units.
Its exports stand at 1,794 units in April.
The latest monthly tally takes the company's sales in the first four months of 2024 to 97,503 units, an increase of 48 per cent on a year-on-year basis.
