Royal Enfield Himalayan 452: Features
While specific details have been tightly guarded, confirmed aspects include the incorporation of full-LED lighting and a distinct circular TFT screen. The TFT display is Bluetooth-enabled and promises a unique feature: the ability to split and showcase Google Maps alongside crucial information like speed, range, and odometer readings.
Notably, switchable ABS is also anticipated in the model.
Powering the Himalayan 452 is a 452cc, liquid-cooled engine expected to deliver 39.57bhp and approximately 40-45Nm of torque. This marks Royal Enfield's first foray into a liquid-cooled power unit, coupled with a six-speed gearbox.
Early reports suggest that despite the additional equipment and a larger engine, the 452 model will weigh a few kilogrammes less than its predecessor, the 411 model. The bike will feature upside down forks and a monoshock for suspension, while the braking system will comprise a single front and rear disc.
