Integrated denim fabric maker, Nandan Denim Ltd (NDL) today reported a marginal decline in its standalone net profit to Rs 16.11 crore for the second quarter ended September 30.

It had reported a net profit of Rs 16.20 crore in the July-September quarter previous fiscal, NDL said in a BSE filing.

However, its revenue from operations was up 37.12 per cent to Rs 414.97 crore during the period under review as against Rs 302.62 crore of the corresponding period last fiscal.

Icra upgrades Den Network's credit rating *Broadcasting and cable TV service provider Den Network today said that it has received an upward revision in credit rating from the rating agency Icra.

The rating agency had upgraded its rating from "A- (Stable)" to "A- (Stable)" in term loans and working capital facilities, Den said in a statement.

Commenting on it DEN Networks CEO S N Sharma said:" This upgrade reflects the business turnaround that DEN has achieved by consistently improving its operational performance every quarter. We have achieved a substantial increase in our subscription collections."
