Mishtann Foods Ltd. has announced excellent results for quarter and year ended 31 March 2022. The board further had issued bonus equity shares in the proportion of One Share of Rs. 1each for every One Share of Rs.1 held by shareholders of the Company.
For the quarter ended 31 March 2022, the revenue from operations grew 45% YoY, from Rs 105.81 crore (Q4FY21) to Rs 153.47 crore (Q4FY22). Net Profit jumped 41 times YoY from Rs 0.31 crore to Rs 13.15 crore. EBITDA stands at Rs 22.33 crore (Q4FY22), up 1107.03% from Rs 1.85 crore (Q4FY21). For the year ended 31 March 2022, the revenue from operations rose 42% YoY, from Rs 351.07 crore (FY21) to Rs 498.57 crore (FY22). PAT jumped 42 times YoY from Rs. 0.73 crore (FY21) to Rs 31.21 crore (FY22).
The Company
Mishtann Foods has executed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Gujarat for setting up India's biggest Grain Based Ethanol project of 1000 KLPD in Gujarat. The estimated project cost is to the tune of Rs 2250 crore, giving employment to 5000+ people directly or indirectly and is expected to generate annual revenue of approximate Rs.3500 crore. Mishtan has initiated the required steps to move forward towards the project efficiently with a view to commence the grain-based Ethanol plant as desired from second quarter of the year 2024.
