Business lady Sudha Reddy brings star power to White House Correspondents’ Dinner

Sudha Reddy, businesswoman and philanthropist, is one of the most recognized names in the Indian business sphere. The Hyderabad native is the director of MEIL Group and the founder of Sudha Reddy Foundation.

She is a true jetsetter and has been spotted at events like the MET Gala, Paris Haute Couture Work, Doha Jewellery And Watches Exhibition and Ceremonial Service For The Most Excellent Order Of The British Empire. The entrepreneur was seen in DC last weekend. She was at the State Of Qatar WHC Soiree, and met the Ambassadors of Qatar, Iran, and France.

She was also invited to the White House Correspondents' Dinner 2023, and is the first person from Hyderabad to have attended the event.

Sudha Reddy attended the event in a Jenny Packham gown, and looked effortlessly stylish. She wore a Bulgari Serpenti necklace and carried a Hermes Birkin bag with her. Other celebrities at the event included singer John Legend and wife Chrissy Teigen, Oscar winner Ke Huy Quan, supermodel Winnie Harlow, Olympic gold medalist Brittney Griner, actors Kelly Ripa, Mark Consuelos and Sophia Bush.

The White House Correspondents' Dinner was a star-studded event and was kicked off by the “Twins” co-stars Arnold Schwarzenegger and Danny DeVito's pre-recorded cold open. Roy Wood Jr. was a highlight at the event as the host and brought many laughs to the table. President Joe Biden, First Lady Jill Biden, and Vice President Kamala Harris were in attendance too.

Sudha Reddy was seen interacting with the guests and spotted alongside Antony Blinken, Winnie Harlow and members of the Congress. She was the face of India at the event and discussed current affairs and other social issues with them. Her presence at the event is not only a personal achievement for her but a highlight for the entire Indian community. She is a positive role model for women all over the globe, and uses her platform as a well-known public figure to uplift and help the underprivileged and represent India in a positive light at such international events.
