Swiggy launches Learning Station to support restaurant partner
Last year, Swiggy launched Swiggy Skills Academy, a specially curated, multi-skilled, and multilingual learning offering for its delivery executives and their children.
On-demand food delivery platform Swiggy has launched the "Learning Station", an advanced digital learning academy to support restaurant partner growth, the company said in a press note.
Learning Station is accessible to all three lakh restaurant partners. According to Swiggy, Learning Station is added to the Swiggy partner's app, which offers a wide range of courses designed to assist restaurant partners. The content is customised to address the unique learning needs of restaurant partners at various phases of their Swiggy relationship.
It provides audio-visual material that is brief, basic, entertaining, and simple to grasp. This content focuses on how to leverage technology tools, use data for company success, and master many areas of restaurant operations.
"The Learning Station is a big step in our goal to help our restaurant partners succeed. At Swiggy, we're all about making our partners' experiences better and helping them grow. The Learning Station is a way for us to provide valuable resources and education to empower our partners. We're fully committed to giving our partners the best support and opportunities to succeed," said Swapnil Bajpai, head of supply at Swiggy.
Some of Swiggy's courses on Learning Station include:
● How to Boost Your Online Presence: Guiding partners in improving their online visibility.
● How to Choose the Right Ad Campaigns: Helping partners master advertising techniques.
● Delivering Outstanding Customer Experiences: Providing insights into exceptional customer service.
