Torrent Power stock soars 4.38%; know why

Torrent Power Share Price: Torrent Power was off to a flying start to the trading session on BSE on Tuesday (May 28, 2024) as its stock rose by over 4.35 per cent.

The stock that closed at Rs 1,395.90 a day ago jumped by 4.38 per cent to rise to Tuesday' high of Rs 1,457.10 after starting the session at Rs 1,421.75.

Torrent Power shares closed trading up by 2.86 per cent, or Rs 39.90, at Rs 1,435.80 each on Tuesday.

The stock has risen by 52.49 per cent in the six-month period, while its rise in the one year has been 158.63 per cent.
