Nestle India dividend 2023 record date: Nestle India — Maggi instant noodles maker — on Thursday, October 19 announced its second interim dividend payout of 1,400 per cent along with its quarterly earnings report for the July-Setpember period. The company announced an interim dividend of Rs 140 per equity share of Rs 10 each for the year 2023 on the entire issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the company of 9,64,15,716 equity shares of the nominal value of Rs 10 each.

The board has fixed November 1 as the record date for the second interim dividend. As per company's communique, the second interim dividend will be paid on and from November 16. "Second Interim Dividend for the year 2023 will be paid on and from 16th November 2023 to those members whose names appear in the Register of Members of the Company and as beneficial owners in the Depositories, as on the Record Date fixed for the purpose i.e., 1st November 2023," the company's regulatory filing read.

In addition, Nestle India board also approved the sub-division of its shares in the ratio of 1:10.

The consumer products company reported a 37.4 per cent year-on-year jump in net profit to Rs 908 crore for the quarter ended September 30, driven by a rise in demand. According to Zee Business research, the company was estimated to report a net profit of Rs 768 crore for the quarter under review. Read more
