NBCC shares jump 5% after construction PSU declares Q4 results, dividend

NBCC share price today NSE, NBCC dividend 2024, NBCC Q4 results: Shares of NBCC (India) jumped over five per cent on Wednesday, May 29, a day after the state-owned construction firm posted good quarterly results for the January- March period. Halting the three-day declining trend, the NBCC (INDIA) stock jumped 5.04 per cent to the day's high of Rs 145.8 on NSE in morning deals. The counter closed at Rs 142, up 2.31 per cent on NSE.

NBCC Q4 results: Q4 profit rises 26%

NBCC on Tuesday reported a 26 per cent growth in its consolidated net profit to Rs 136.08 crore for the quarter ended March 2024.

Its net profit stood at Rs 108.4 crore in the year-ago period.

Income from operations rose to Rs 4,024.5 crore in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal as compared to Rs 2,813.35 crore in the corresponding period of the previous year, according to a regulatory filing.

During the 2023-24 fiscal, net profit rose to Rs 401.55 crore from Rs 266.66 crore in the preceding year.

Income from operations grew to Rs 10,432.63 crore in the last fiscal as against Rs 8876.36 crore in the 2022-23 fiscal.

NBCC dividend 2024: 63% payout 

NBCC (India) has recommended a final dividend of Re 0.63 per share of the face value of Re 1 per share for the FY 2023-24 subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting. 

NBCC dividend payment date

The final dividend (if declared) would be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration at the AGM.
