Aditya Birla Sunlife AMC, Aditya Birla Capital in green as promoters set to sell up to 11.50% stake

Aditya Birla Sunlife AMC and Aditya Birla Capital are trading in green after the sellers propose to sell up to 2,01,66,293 equity shares of the AMC company on Tuesday (March 19, 2024). 

While Aditya Birla Sunlife AMC shares were up by 0.43 per cent, or Rs 0.75, at Rs 173.60 each, Aditya Birla Capital Ltd was trading higher by 0.58 per cent, or Rs 1.00, at Rs 173.58 at 9:47 am on Tuesday.

Aditya Birla Capital Limited and Sun Life (India) AMC Investments Inc. are the promoters of the company. 

What is Aditya Birla Sunlife AMC's offer for sale 

Aditya Birla Capital will sell a 4.99 per cent stake in ABSL AMC through offer for sale (OFS).

Fewer promoters will sell their shares in Aditya Birla Sunlife AMC through OFS.

Total 11.5 per cent share sale is possible in the company on Tuesday.

The sellers proposed to sell up to 2,01,66,293 equity shares of the company (representing 7.00 per cent of the total issued and paid up equity share capital of the company).

There is also an option to additionally sell up to 1,28,86,277 equity shares (representing 4.47 per cent of the total issued and paid up equity share capital of the company).  

The floor price for OFS is fixed at Rs 450 per share.

The floor price is at a discount of 5.30 per cent from the current price.
