Awfis Space Solutions IPO: The initial public offering (IPO) of Awfis Space Solutions opened for subscription on Wednesday, May 22. The IPO of the workspace solution provider will be open for subscription until Monday, May 27 from 10 am to 5 pm.

Awfis Space Solutions IPO is a book-built issue of Rs 598.93 crore and is a combination of a fresh issue of 0.33 crore shares aggregating to Rs 128.00 crores and an offer for sale of 1.23 crore shares aggregating to Rs 470.93 crore.

According to provisional exchange data, Awfis Space Solutions IPO's share sale received bids for 93,68,22,510 shares against 86,29,670 shares on offer, translating into a subscription of 108.56 times on Monday, the fourth day of the bidding process.
