Vikas Organics, a subsidiary of high-end speciality chemicals manufacturer Vikas Ecotech, has received the largest-ever export order. According to an exchange filing, the order, worth Rs 165 million approx, is for vinyl plasticizers.
"The order is a variable price contract, which covers regular supplies to the renowned Yusuf Bin Ahmed Kanoo Group of KSA over the coming months," the company said in the filing.
VOPL was recently acquired by VEL as an ongoing concern with the plasticizers manufacturing business based at Daman. According to the exchange filing, VOPL is regularly exporting plasticizers to
the United States of America and Saudi Arabia, officially the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

According to the VOPL, the company exports 17 per cent of its current production to various countries including the USA, KSA and other countries.
