Civil Aviation Ministry recognises SpiceJet for outstanding customer service
SpiceJet said that the Civil Aviation Ministry’s AirSewa initiative—which provides a common platform for air travelers to submit their grievances and seek information on flights or airports in the country—praised the airline for “its professionalism, courtesy, and dedication in addressing passenger concerns for the second consecutive year”.
