HAL announces interim dividend of Rs 22; know record date; shares slip

HAL Interim Dividend: Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd (HAL) reported its December quarter results on Monday (February 12, 2024), also announcing the first interim dividend of 440 per cent, or Rs 22.

The large-cap company said on Monday that its Board of Directors had declared the first interim dividend of Rs. 22 per equity share of Rs. 5/- each fully paid up (440 per cent) for the Financial Year 2023-24.

"As informed earlier, Record date for the payment of first interim dividend will be Tuesday, the 20th February, 2024," the company said in a statement to bourses on Monday.

The stock of HAL closed the day's trading down by 4.08 per cent, or Rs 121.05, at Rs 2844.60 on Monday.
