Zerodha: Kite users face login issues on Web; check details
The discount broking firm Zerodha was founded in 2010. Earlier in October this year, the platform lost its status as the top broker in the country to Groww.
On its X handle (formerly known as Twitter), broking platform Zerodha has confirmed that some of its users are facing issues logging into the brokerage's Kite platform on the Web.
"Some of our users are facing issues with logging into Kite Web. We are looking into the issue. In the meantime, please log into the Kite mobile app," stated the tweet.
Pertinently, to safeguard investors' interests amid all such glitches, Sebi launched the Investor Risk Reduction Access platform in November. As per the BSE release, the platform is set to revolutionise the investor experience by addressing potential risks arising from technical glitches at trading member ends.
Last, the company in November faced a glitch wherein its customers weren't able to view the details in respect of the executed orders in their order book.
The technical glitch is faced by the broker at a time when Indian equities have notched a new high on BJP's landslide victory in 3 state assembly elections and encouraging GDP numbers.
