HUL Q4 dividend: FMCG giant Hindustan Unilever announces Rs 24 dividend
HUL's profit decreased by 1.54 per cent to Rs 2,561 crore in Q4FY24 from Rs 2,601 crore in Q4FY23. However, the company's income increased by Rs 66 crore or 0.43 per cent to Rs 15,441 crore in the fourth quarter of the financial year 2024 which ended on March 31, 2024.
The board of directors of Hindustan Unilever on Wednesday, April 24, recommended a final dividend of Rs 24 per equity share for FY24 with a face value of Rs 1, according to a stock market disclosure.
"Recommended a final dividend of Rs. 24/- for the financial year ended 31st March 2024 on Equity Shares of Re. 1/- each. The Company had earlier paid an interim dividend of Rs. 18/- per share on 16th November 2023. The total dividend for the said period amounts to Rs. 42/- per Equity Share of face value of Re. 1/- each," the company's board of directors said in a BSE filing.
Simultaneously, the FMCG firm HUL has also posted its financial results for the fourth quarter ended on March 31, 2024.
