Domestic brokerage ICICI Direct has released a report in which it mentioned which stocks have been bought by the asset management companies (AMC) in April 2024. Vedanta, Tata Power, and HDFC Life Insurance are among the top 10 stocks bought across AMCs in April 2024.
Here is the list of stocks bought by AMCs :
Kotak Mahindra Bank
AMCs bought 3,027 shares of the private sector lender for Rs 49,160 crore in April 2024.
Punjab National Bank
A total of 4,280 shares were bought by AMCs for a market value of Rs 6,037 crore in April 2024.
Vedanta
AMCs bought 1,480 shares of the minning company at market value of Rs 5,886 crore.
HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd
AMCs bought 1,413 shares of HDFC Life at market value of Rs 8,246 crore.
Marico
A total of 447 shares were bought by AMCs for a market value of Rs 2,315 crore in April 2024.
Tata Power
AMCs bought 1,969 shares of the power company at market value of Rs 8,845 crore.
HUL
A total of 1,267 shares were bought by AMCs for a market value of Rs 28,253 crore in April 2024.
Havells India
AMCs bought 239 shares of the Havells India at market value of Rs 3,984 crore.
Eicher Motors
A total of 193 shares were bought by AMCs for a market value of Rs 8,862 crore in April 2024.
Shriram Finance
AMCs bought 433 shares of the Shriram Finance at market value of Rs 11,037 crore.
